PBL State Leadership Conference Registration is run through WuFoo, a form building software.
SLC Registration opens February 1 and closes February 24 at 5:00pm.
Before attempting to register for SLC, make sure that the following have been completed. NOTE: If you do not complete these steps, you will not be able to register yourself and all students for the conference. Please complete these steps at least one (1) week prior to registration close.
- Ensure you are listed as an adviser for your chapter. If you are not, you may enter yourself as an additional adviser. If you want to change your status to primary adviser, please email the National Office to have this changed.
- Ensure that all competing members are registered and paid members of the organization by February 17.

Cost: $65 per member/adviser (Additional $2.25/person for credit card payment)
Each registrant (member of adviser) should have an individual entry on the form above. Members, advisers, and guests may pay the registration fee regardless of if they are physically attending the conference.
Competitive Events: Each chapter is allotted five (5) members for each objective test and one (1) individual/team for all other events. Please reference the PBL SLC Competition Sign-Up for exact slots in each event.
